Our customers meet us both on their premises and in our unique historic premises on Skeppsholmen, where Eric Ericsonhallen is our own fantastic banquet hall.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Now we are looking for you who want to take a key role in the kitchen and help develop both the team and the business.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>About the roles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>As an Operational Sous Chef \/ Kitchen Manager with us, you take great responsibility for the daily kitchen work and work independently, structured and result-oriented. You are a natural leader, both operationally and socially, and contribute to high quality, efficiency and job satisfaction in the team. <\/p>\n\n<p>You are responsible, among other things, for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading and distributing the daily work in the kitchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high quality, speed and service level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work operationally with catering assignments throughout Greater Stockholm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introducing and mentoring new employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a clear point of contact and role model in the kitchen team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with other organizations to ensure the integrity of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We are looking for people who:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have at least 3 years of proven experience in catering operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working in kitchens in fast-paced and demanding environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used to taking great responsibility and working independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience in introducing, mentoring and managing others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is a natural and confident leader in the kitchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a good work ethic and takes responsibility for both quality and work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong interpersonal skills and collaborate easily with colleagues and other functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You thrive in an environment where the business is growing, where structures are sometimes built in parallel with operations, and where your input has a big impact.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Employment conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access:<\/strong> In spring 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type of employment:<\/strong> Probationary period 6 months, with the ambition of permanent employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary:<\/strong> Monthly salary according to agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Working hours:<\/strong> Varied &#8211; evening work may occur during peak season<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Place of work:<\/strong> In our kitchen in Sollentuna and at event locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>About us &#8211; from farm to fork<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>At Skeppsholmsgruppen, we cook all our food from scratch, using seasonal ingredients and genuine craftsmanship at every stage.
