Order
We have a minimum order of 25 people.
No later than 14 working days before the event, the Skesppsholm Group needs to be informed of the number of guests, the chosen menu and any deviations such as allergies / vegetarians.
At least 7 working days before the event is the last day for possible changes to the number of guests.
Cancellation of catering
Catering including linen, crockery etc. canceled later than 7 working days will be charged at 100% of the quoted cost excluding courier cost. All changes must be made in writing to be valid.
Staff who are canceled are always charged with 100% of the cost with reference to the collective agreement between HRF and Visita.
Transportation
All our prices are presented excluding transportation.
Cost from 450 SEK one way.
Invoice clearing & payment
Invoicing takes place after completion of the order with 30 days payment terms as standard. The invoice is sent by e-mail.
