Once our guests have taken their seats, they’ll be treated to our homemade pickled herring served with classic accompaniments—Västerbotten cheese, browned butter, boiled potatoes, and much more. After that, a buffet filled with cold and hot favorites awaits.

If you’d like to continue the party after 11:00 p.m., there’s an additional charge of 2,500 SEK per hour or part thereof.
