For those who want a full evening of mingling, energy and dance – where the party is in the center.

Sailing halls
from 23 500 kr
The room is reserved exclusively for your party during the evening, usually between 18:00-01:00. The times are flexible and the arrangement can be adapted to your wishes. In case of extension beyond 7 hours, SEK 2,500 per hour will be added.
The dining room has a projector and screen as well as a simple sound system for speeches and presentations during dinner.

With us, you have the freedom to design the evening’s drinks program in the way that suits you best. You can choose to bring your own drinks or let us help you put together a ready-made arrangement adapted to the dinner, taste and mood of the evening.

This is what a wedding evening in the Sail Hall looks like
From welcome toast to wake-up call
The evening starts at 18:00 when guests arrive and are welcomed into the venue . Here you hang out in the unmanned cloakroom and are then offered a pre-drink – a great start to the evening and an opportunity to mingle and get into the mood.
At around 19:00, guests sit down to dinner . The table setting is elegant with white linen tablecloths, linen napkins, glass lanterns with atmospheric electric light. Ice water is set out at each seat, and when everyone is seated, our staff serves the first glass of wine of the evening. We are happy to offer flower arrangements that match the style and color theme of the evening.
Once dinner is over, the bar opens. The dancing begins – with music and lighting that you book according to your wishes – and the evening takes on a festive pulse.
A wake is served at 00.30 – a popular feature that rounds off the evening in a generous way. The bar closes at 01.00 and then the guests start heading home, with memories of a festive and well-organized evening on Skeppsholmen.

Booking & Planning
You can easily send us a booking request via our website or contact us directly by email or phone. We usually get back to you within 24 hours.
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates. But if you want to be spontaneous, we can plan a wedding in a month too.

Our premises
Yes, several of our venues have beautiful outdoor settings for wedding ceremonies and mingling and there are also places on the island where we can build tents.
Most of our premises are accessible. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
Food & drink
Yes, we offer several different menu options – from three-course dinners to buffets. Of course, we adapt the food to special diets and allergies.
It varies depending on the venue. You can bring your own drinks at the Sailing Hall, Glass Veranda and Mindepartementet for a handling fee.
Entertainment & Decoration
Absolutely! We have no neighbors, which means you can keep the dance floor going until the wee hours. We’re happy to help arrange a DJ or live band.
Yes, we work with florists and decorators to create a personalized and atmospheric environment.
Times & Cancellation
The regular closing time is 01:00, but it is possible to extend until 02:00 for an additional fee.
Our staff starts working in the room 3 hours before the guests arrive, then the room is not furnished or set, but you are welcome to the room then also if you have your own entertainment or decor that needs to be prepared.
Our cancellation policy is set out in the booking contract. We are flexible and happy to help you find a new date if needed.
