Skeppsholmen is a magical place in the middle of the city with beautiful views in all directions. We offer wedding packages in all our venues – from grand banquet halls to more personal and intimate settings. Are you dreaming of a magnificent wedding in the Eric Ericson Hall, a familiar and maritime celebration in the Sailing Hall or a wedding dinner with perhaps Stockholm’s most beautiful view in the Moderna Museet restaurant? Our gem Glasverandan, with its large windows facing Nybroviken and Strandvägen, is also available exclusively for a few weeks in the summer.

Wedding on Skeppsholmen
The Eric Ericson Hall is the perfect venue for both civil and religious weddings. The venue offers a majestic atmosphere without religious ties, giving you full freedom to create a personal and unique ceremony. The Eric Ericson Hall is available for weddings on Saturdays until noon. 14:00.
There are many other beautiful wedding venues on the island, and we will be happy to help you find that special place that suits you.

Frequently asked questions about weddings
Booking & Planning
You can easily send us a booking request via our website or contact us directly by email or phone. We usually get back to you within 24 hours.
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates. But if you want to be spontaneous, we can plan a wedding in a month too.

Premises & Capacity
We offer several different rooms with capacities for seated guests from 20 to 400 guests. See each venue for exact numbers.
Our premises
Yes, several of our venues have beautiful outdoor settings for wedding ceremonies and mingling and there are also places on the island where we can build tents.
Most of our premises are accessible. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
Food & drink
Yes, we offer several different menu options – from three-course dinners to buffets. Of course, we adapt the food to special diets and allergies.
It varies depending on the venue. You can bring your own drinks at the Sailing Hall, Glass Veranda and Mindepartementet for a handling fee.
Entertainment & Decoration
Absolutely! We have no neighbors, which means you can keep the dance floor going until the wee hours. We’re happy to help arrange a DJ or live band.
Yes, we work with florists and decorators to create a personalized and atmospheric environment.
Times & Cancellation
The regular closing time is 01:00, but it is possible to extend until 02:00 for an additional fee.
Our staff starts working in the room 3 hours before the guests arrive, then the room is not furnished or set, but you are welcome to the room then also if you have your own entertainment or decor that needs to be prepared.
Our cancellation policy is set out in the booking contract. We are flexible and happy to help you find a new date if needed.
