Meet Francisco, our head chef
Francisco is our visionary head chef with a solid gastronomic education and experience from Sweden’s top restaurants. He has worked under star chef Mathias Dahlgren and all the knowledge he has gathered over the years he has brought to Skeppsholmsgruppen Catering.
Francisco’s passion for food started early in life, inspired by his grandmother and father. His journey took off at Jamie Oliver’s Stureplan restaurant and led him to prestigious roles as head chef at Gondolen and sous chef at Ellery Beach House.
Today, Francisco sees every catering assignment as a chance to create a unique gastronomic experience. No matter the circumstance or location, he takes on the challenge of preparing high quality food with creativity and technical skill.
“My philosophy is simple – from farm to fork. I want to create dishes with clean flavors and sustainable ingredients that respect animals & nature,” – Francisco.
