Once again we return to the magical Eric Ericsonhallen on Skeppsholmen – this time as the culminating experience of Stockholm’s Borealis Psychedelic Science Summit. On September 28th, join us for an immersive journey of breath, rhythm, and sound in one of the city’s most breathtaking venues.

For this special edition, we are bringing JUERI (Juergen Groezinger) from Berlin to Stockholm, following two powerful collaborations at our retreats in the Netherlands. This will be the fourth Nysnö breathwork at Eric Ericsonhallen – and just like the previous three, we expect it to sell out.

What to Expect
We begin with a soft landing, guiding you through preparatory exercises that open the body and mind for a deep and liberating journey with breathwork. Supported by live percussion from JUERI and a closing sound bath, our facilitators create a safe and welcoming space – even for complete beginners.

Somatic breathwork is a potent practice that uses conscious, connected breathing patterns to release stored tension and emotions held in the body. By shifting your breathing, you can bypass the busy mind and access deeper layers of awareness, often leading to moments of clarity, catharsis, or profound calm.

Doors open at 10:30 for a gentle arrival in silence, accompanied by ceremonial music from Filip Bromberg. At 11:00, we ground together and set intentions before moving into the breathwork: a powerful combination of circular breathing and breath holds. With Roshi’s guidance and JUERI’s drums, you’ll be invited to step out of the thinking mind and into the body – releasing tension, stress, and emotions.

Each journey is unique: you might experience physical sensations, emotional release, deep stillness, or even bursts of laughter. The cathedral-like acoustics of Eric Ericsonhallen will amplify every beat, breath, and moment.

We close with a meditation to the sound of singing bowls and music from Filip, before slowly returning and sharing the afterglow together.
