Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Many thanks for a fantastic year together. As we approach the end of 2025, we would like to take this opportunity to look back on a year filled with meetings, experiences and projects that have really set the tone for our continued development. It is thanks to you that Skeppsholmen continues to live and develop as one of Stockholm’s most unique meeting places.
Highlights of the year
CWT’s big mingle at Moderna Museet
During the year, CWT organized a grand mingle at Moderna Museet with as many as 1,200 participants, one of the biggest and most memorable events of the year. This also marks an important milestone for us. We can now offer mingles and after-parties for up to 1,400 guests at Moderna Museet, which opens up new opportunities for really large and impactful events.
Creative Meetings – Skeppsholmen as a destination
Creative Meetings created an inspiring and creative arrangement where all premises on the island were used. By working with Skeppsholmen as a holistic destination, the unique character and history of the place was highlighted in a way that is completely in line with our vision. This is exactly how we want Skeppsholmen to be experienced as a coherent, living environment for meetings and experiences.
External catering for 560 people
During the year, we took further steps in the development of our catering business by also offering external catering. A particularly fun and challenging assignment was to produce a specially designed three-course Christmas menu for Julfesten.com, organized by Joakim Stenhammar, for 560 guests. A project that both inspired us creatively and strengthened our offer.
New venture: Lustholmen Catering + Skeppsholmsgruppen
We are also very proud that Lustholmen Catering is now joining forces with Skeppsholmsgruppen. The collaboration enables us to offer an even broader, more flexible and high-quality range of catering services both in our own premises and on your premises. A natural next step in our ambition to create memorable overall experiences.
