Our customers meet us both on their premises and in our unique historic premises on Skeppsholmen, where Eric Ericsonhallen is our own fantastic banquet hall.

Now we are looking for you who want to take a key role in the kitchen and help develop both the team and the business.

About the roles

As an Operational Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager with us, you take great responsibility for the daily kitchen work and work independently, structured and result-oriented. You are a natural leader, both operationally and socially, and contribute to high quality, efficiency and job satisfaction in the team.

You are responsible, among other things, for:

  • Leading and distributing the daily work in the kitchen
  • Ensure high quality, speed and service level
  • Work operationally with catering assignments throughout Greater Stockholm
  • Introducing and mentoring new employees
  • Be a clear point of contact and role model in the kitchen team
  • Work closely with other organizations to ensure the integrity of delivery

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who:

  • Have at least 3 years of proven experience in catering operations
  • Have experience working in kitchens in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Used to taking great responsibility and working independently
  • Has experience in introducing, mentoring and managing others
  • Is a natural and confident leader in the kitchen
  • Has a good work ethic and takes responsibility for both quality and work environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and collaborate easily with colleagues and other functions

Employment conditions

  • Access: In spring 2026
  • Type of employment: Probationary period 6 months, with the ambition of permanent employment
  • Salary: Monthly salary according to agreement
  • Working hours: Varied – evening work may occur during peak season
  • Place of work: In our kitchen in Sollentuna and at event locations
