Welcome to The Fishery – an elegant and centrally located venue on Brunkebergstorg, perfect for your next event. With a capacity of up to 80 people, The Fishery is the ideal venue for everything from corporate parties and birthday celebrations to lovely breakfast meetings.
The Fishery is run by chef Malin Söderström, also known for her work at the Moderna Museet restaurant. Malin Söderström has created a dining experience that combines passion, quality and creativity, making every event at The Fishery something special.

Mingle menu
Start your evening with our small plates, perfect for mingling and conversation. We serve dishes such as fried cauliflower with chilli mayo, crispy tortilla with fried rainbow trout, and delicious oysters with accompaniments. Our buffet is also a popular choice, with dishes such as hot smoked salmon, chicken with lemon-pickled cauliflower and vegan options such as Brussels sprouts with tofu and oyster slices.
Seated Dinner
Choose freely from our range of starters and main courses, and create a meal to suit your event. We offer salmon tartare with baked egg and jalapeño mayonnaise, beetroot starter with goat’s cheese and smetana, and crispy fish with small potatoes and dip. For main courses, we recommend our fish stew with mussel broth or char with cauliflower cream and sea coral. For those who prefer meat, there is also grilled entrecôte with tomato salad and air-fried small potatoes.
Dessert
Finish your meal with something sweet! Dessert in a glass, such as blood orange mousse with Italian meringue and brownie. Or why not enjoy our handmade chocolate truffles?
