Lustholmen Catering was founded in 2022 by the owners of Skeppsholmsgruppen. The background was an ambition to bring home the catering business that was previously delivered by external players to the group’s events. By creating its own catering company, Skeppsholmsgruppen was able to build a clear and independent brand, with full control over quality, expression and delivery – completely in line with the sender and values that characterize Skeppsholmsgruppen.
Since its inception, Lustholmen has offered sustainable catering with a focus on seasonal ingredients and the philosophy “from farm to fork”. The work is based on locally produced ingredients, reduced food waste and modern taste experiences where sustainability and quality go hand in hand.
In January, Lustholmen Catering will be fully integrated into Skeppsholmsgruppen. With the merger, all catering and event operations are gathered under a single company, creating a clear overall offer for customers looking for first-class events, from food and premises to technology, logistics and implementation.

Skeppsholmsgruppen manages several of Stockholm’s most unique meeting and event venues, including Eric Ericsonhallen on Skeppsholmen. Through the merger, the group can now offer catering both in its own premises and as external catering throughout Greater Stockholm.
